Having to write a journal about presidents of the United States does not sound that difficult. But please keep in mind: where ever money is concerned, people play the meanest tricks! In order to achieve the best results, your company will be devided into four groups, each working on a different topic:
Group 1: Politics
Group 2: Priviledges and Privacy
Group 3: First Ladies
Group 4: ‘Special Cases’
In addition to that there will be one head editor who has an individual task to do and the responsibility of the success of the whole article. Of course the layout is of great importance as well, therefore one or two people have to work on that topic as well as on their main ones. On the page called ‘plan of action’ you will find a more detailled discription of what is necessary in order to have a chance of winning the contest. In the folder named ‘resources’ each group will find links and hints for their work to do.
It doesn’t have to be mentioned that the employees of ‘The SchoolTime Magazine’ know how to play tricks as well. Your computer scientist was successful in hacking into the organizer’s files and made an interresting discovery! On the page called ‘evaluation’ you will find a guidelide with detailled information about what to do in order to reach a maximum score.
In the end there is only one aim: the most perfect and interresting journal about the presidents of the United States and it’s befitting presentation. The form of the presentation is to be chosen by the company but even more by the head editor who’s vote counts twice as usual.
